The person who owns and manages the business.

2. The external environment:👲👯💁🏃🎪💒

The community, customers, banks, other businesses, and other stakeholders form the

external environment of the business.

NB: A business needs the support of the community who will become customers and buy goods and/or services.

The business relies on banks for credit and on suppliers for stock or materials.

The environment plays a critical role in the success of the business, it should be carefully scanned for opportunities continuously, always keeping an eye on competitors and new developments.
