The Intrapreneur

The Intrapreneurs are employees / managers who work in a large

company and use their entrepreneurial abilities to develop new products, services or systems but they do not take risks in doing so.

The Intrapreneurs possess the same characteristics as the

entrepreneur. He/she can be referred to as an inside entrepreneur.

An Intrapreneur is-

o Action oriented (willing to do whatever it takes to complete a given task).

o Dedicated to new tasks or ideas.

o Optimistic- view failure as a learning experience to do better.  They never make the same mistakes twice.
